Seattle Police
Arrest Incident Report

Narritive

Victim [REDACTED] of [Redacted] called 911 to report ... suspect Alexander OLSON, had violated a

Domestic Violence Order for Protection again. I responded after hearing police radio broadcast the call because I was somewhat familiar with [REDACTED]  past troubles with Olson.

I met [REDACTED]  and her housemate witness [REDACTED] on the front porch. [REDACTED]  reported that at 2112 hours while seated at the dinning room table with [REDACTED] received a message on her Instagram account from a follower identified as  MUSICMUSICMUSIC. The message was something to the effect of asking how [REDACTED] was enjoying time with [REDACTED]  in their home at the dinning room table.[REDACTED] were seated at the dinning room table having dinner and working on a puzzle at the  time.

While I was standing outside with [REDACTED] , Olson drove past us and sped away south on Aurora Ave N. driving his mother's vehicle that he possesses. I caught up Olson and stopped him in the ... and took him into custody

without incident. During a search of his person subsequent to his arrest, a paper firearms target was located on his person. It appears to have bullet holes in it and it's from Bellevue Gun Club. This target was photographed and placed into SPS Evidence Unit. Image uploaded to Evidence.Com

I advised Olson of his constitutional rights. Olson admitted to driving [REDACTED]  then decided to exercise his right

to a lawyer. The vehicle Olson was driving was inventoried prior to impound. A cellular phone and laptop computer were located inside.

We kept them in place and sealed the car pending a search warrant. The vehicle was impounded and held at Lincoln Towing. Olson was booked into jail for Investigation of Stalking.

Protection order is attached to this report.

I am Seattle Police Officer Eric Michl #4494 of the Community Response Group. Last night January 21, 2024 I took a report from [Redacted]. [Redacted] reported ... Alexander OLSON had made a post on her Instagram social media account under using a burner account. In his post Olson asked who owned a white BMW parked in front of [Redacted]’s home. A white car similar to a BMW was in fact parked in front of [Redacted]’s home and belonged to [Redacted]. The poster’s screen name included the letters PG at the end which caused [Redacted] to believe Olson was behind the message because those letters had been previously drawn in the dirt film on the window of her car. Also Olson used his known Instagram account to follow [Redacted]’s mother and yet another burner account to follow her father. There are two other reports filed with Seattle Police where [Redacted] alleges Olson has violated the protection order. One January 18. 2024 Officer T Getts #7637 writes that [Redacted] noticed she was being followed on Instagram by someone with an account that seemed was only created to follow [Redacted]. The poster asked [Redacted] if she was having fun using her computer in bed. January 17, 2024, Officer I Walsh #6969 wrote that [Redacted] reported hearing from Olson ’s new girlfriend that Olson  had admitted to her he had gone to [Redacted]’s residence twice and had thrown a golf ball at her car. On October 16, 2023 at 0138 hours (1:38 AM) [Redacted] called the police to report a prowler after she heard knocking on her bedroom window and saw someone with a flashlight outside. She was only able to see the person’s eyes but they reminded [Redacted] of Olson Tonight [Redacted] called 911 again to report Olson had violated the order this time by sending her a message from another burner account on Instagram. The account name was MUSICMUSICMUSIC and the message commented on [Redacted] being with her housemate at the kitchen table. [Redacted] was at the time having dinner and working a puzzle in the dining room with her housemate. Olson is a musician with a studio in his garage which suggested he was behind this post. After I took this report I was standing outside with [Redacted]. She saw Olson drive past her home in a vehicle owned by his mother and the same one I saw parked in front of his home last night. I caught up with Olson  and checked the license plate’s registration. It is owned by his mother at [Redacted} which was an alternate address for Olson  [Redacted] provided to me last night. I followed Olson  to North Queen Anne waiting for a back-up to join me before stopping him. Olson ’s speed increased as he made his way from Aurora Ave. N down to Dexter and it appeared he was trying to elude me. I signaled Olson  to stop. He complied and I took him into custody. After I advised Olson  of his constitutional rights, I asked if he had driven east on [Redacted]  which is where [Redacted] lives. Olson  admitted he did but then decided he wished to speak with a lawyer. This location is well within 1000 feet of [Redacted]’s residence. The order does appear to allow Olson to drive down major highways but not down [Redacted]’s street. The order indicates Olson appeared in court virtually via Zoom and received notice of this order.
